2022-06-15 19:48

wouldn't call the korean war a success or failure, started with north korea advancing past the DMZ which sprung several UN countries to give aid to the south. unfortunately they decided to go farther and try to unite the peninsula which got the chinese involved sending tons of cannon fodder down until a treaty was signed that reinstated the DMZ. "won" by keeping south korea independent but "lost" by not uniting the peninsula
2022-06-15 20:46
the korean war largely resulted in them maintaining the status quo, if u think that means they lost then by all means, but normally that is considered a stalemate

Yes. That's why everyone avoids them.

varies from city to city and the time you go, like chicago has one of the highest crime rates (especially gun) but that mostly happens at night because uh idk just go to south side past 10 and dont stay out in north side past like 2am
2022-06-14 23:24
Those are the outskirts and its just gang violence. If you not representing your “bloods” its just a rundown place. Also, its very few.
2022-06-15 00:57

Asians are the richest minority here. 20 million of them and median income of over 100k and high education. Even black people are helped a lot with affirmitive action and BLM stuff. And for Mexican illegal immigrants, in California you are literally handed an entire life here. DACA, community college, university, etc. nt tho

August if you're planning to go south, December if north. In December there most likely isnt snow yet in the south and in August the north is just full of mosquitoes

If you go in December obviously Lapland. If you like hiking I'd suggest Lake Inari area and Urho Kekkonen national park in the northern Lapland, Salla and Pyhä-Luosto fells in the central-eastern Lapland and in the west Ylläs-Pallas fells. Also in the north west is the region we call the Arm which is the only region in Finland that's in Scandinavia. It has the highest fells in Finland like Halti and Saana, very beautiful. If you want to go skiing my favorite ski centres are Ylläs, Levi, Pyhä and Salla but prepare for crowds especially in Ylläs and Levi if you're going during Christmas/New Year's holidays. If you're going in August the best place in my opinion is the Finnish lakeland. Rent a cottage in places like Savonlinna and Punkaharju and enjoy the nightless nights and serenity, truly breathtaking. If you want close to the sea I'd recommend Turku archipelago and the western coast of Finland with places likr Yyteri. If you want easy access then even Helsinki has some beautiful nature spots on the coast and outskirts. I should become a travel agent bruh

I hopefully plan to move there after I've finished University, at least my Bachelor's degree to either go work there or apply to a masters degree in a University in Finland since I have Finnish citizenship

I live in southern germany and here is pretty fine, for my job I don't think I could find a better place without learning eastern languages. (Me engineer). Other places I would consider is Canada, Ireland, Maybe Spain. Easy languages, Canada and Ireland are somewhat similar to Germany in wealth. Spain is good all round, nice weather.

This question is so hard. There are many cool places in the world! I would love to live somewhere in Japan because of their architecture and uncontrolled urbanization, but i think the more rational choice would be some multicultural country since im already used to it. So id pick any of these: Canada, Australia, US or Singapore.

I'd say Norway. Why i like it is because most people are equal. You cant see a ferrari passing a man sleeping on the street. Why i say it is because ive been on both sides. There's a really nice culture and people. US is good, but all the people there dream to be the next star. Just empty and soulless people. It's all about instagram and money.

live in cities and everything is good, if u stumble to go in semi-urban or rural areas then cleanliness might not be as per ur expectations. Simple Advice: If u want highly developed areas then stay inside cities or go to touristic places, go to cities like Delhi Mumbai Pune Chennai Ahmedabad Surat Gurgaon Jaipur Hyderabad Vizag Bangalore Pondicherry Gandhinagar

i'd say stick to the union and return. no point in looking for the 'west' in India.
2022-06-15 16:25
I've visited. Their cities are just like any big cities in developing countries. Tons of wealth inequality so the low end areas are extreme poverty but the high end areas are super fancy. If you want shiny new buildings, clean streets, nice restaurants, high end malls etc, there's plenty of that in the rich areas.

I don't know, I just like to travel. Was living in germany and states, was kinda okay, but wouldn't live there permanently. Now I'm in Montenegro and in next monts I will move to Albany and then Greece. Probably will come back to Poland at the end of the year. From the stories I think the NL seems a really good choice to live. I wouldn't like to live in scandinavia, UK is a big no for me. Was living in states and it was okay, but was more disappointing than I expected. People are recommending me Montana state, I could consider it for some time. I'm considering to give a shot for Portugal or France in next year or two. But it would be definitely a smaller place around the sea without african descendants.

I'm an FE developer, I just go with my laptop and external monitor and that's it. I haven't been to any of those countries you listed due to costs and the distance. I travel by car with my wife and a dog, so I'm orbiting around Europe.

I work for a polish company. They let you work as you want, remotely, hybrid or from the office.

I lived in Australia for a year. I loved the country but it has some negatives.

If i knew Norwegian it'd probably be Norway too. Finland is also good and NZ if it wasn't so far from everything.
