Why not? 45 fps 1440p with DLSS Quality in Cyberpunk. RT is the future, you can't run next gen games without RT and RX 6600 can't run RT normally in cross gen games.

Your opinion just like in 2019. All next generation games will use RT render and developers don't care. You won't be able to run new games, actually, there's already some examples (Star Wars new game, Metro Exodus Enhanced edition) It is the future.

That is some wild ass take lmao. I went and looked and as expected Metro runs better on RX 6600 on default settings.
Reality is: ppl buying lower tier cards don't give a shit about RT, they just wanna be able to run the games well, that's where DLSS comes in and that is the only real factor that makes buying the card reasonable.

Without DLSS maybe a little bit better, let's on DLSS and see +25-30% diff in favour of RTX 3050. But who uses RT without DLSS btw? Haha, funny.

Then you will have no problem with RTX 3050 too. I mean, yeah, RX 6600 will be better, but I'd rather pick a card that has some kind of future and can repeat the past instead of card that can only repeat the past, but better.
we are talking rtx 3050 and rx6600.... not tier 1 gpus...
in that market people DONT CARE about RT... because these cards are simply not powerful enough for that...
in that gpu tier, its generally for casual and competitive gaming (both of which mostly dont use RT), not full fledged real life image and light quality 4K with 120FPS...

it's comparable to rtx 3060 in eaw performance but RTX cards can provide you some benefits like background noise removal software, removing background from your camera without a greenscreen, better ray tracing overall (rx 6600 prob have better rt than rtx 3050 tho), dlss etc.

Hardware wise nvidea and AMD are both good, AMD's tend to be a little cheaper. But software wise, i'd go with nvidea, AMD has a bunch of troubles with drivers in Windows and MacOS, and a bunch of technical softwares with GPU compatibility for windows only work with nvidea.

idiot? 3000 series was not available for a year after release because of stupid bots and miners... I got mine 3070Ti 8 months after release by standing 3 hours in line at the physical store location. When 4000 gonna come out it will be the same shit unless you are extremely lucky to buy one first. I'm not talking about prices here but about ability to buy in general.

Unless you processor is garbage or bottlenecking, you don't need to go overkill on processor. Games are not on the high end of "processor intensive" software, that goes to number crunching and technical softwares used in universities and big enterprises.
Don't you will regret it. It's not worth it trust me even for Brazil prices.

Next to no difference, just buy cheapest one/one you like looks of. All nvidia gpus have to comply with nvidia set constrictions, that makes them all practically the same. The small differences comes in looks. For performance and fan noise, silicon lottery of the gpu die overshadows that difference anyway, and this is lower power gpu.

I'm gonna buy an RTX 3060 Ti this summer, but I have been saving money for like 2 years for that. (I'm 17, I was doing summer job, and tried not to spend the money I got from my parents)

Nah, you just don't understand what you're talking about cuz you have no clue.
AMD gpu stands for having 50% less fps in RT mode, even without DLSS (in some games), that all what RX 6600 can stand for.
If you have a little bit of brain you will buy a card that have future, if you have some extra brain you will buy RTX 2060 12 GB for the same price as RTX 3050, that's all.
