unusual pink spikes. Are you using a wireless connection or ethernet ? Is your internet speed sufficient enough to cater to all the connected devices to your wifi including your system ? Is your computer taking up network usage in the background ?

I'm using Wi-Fi thing but its connected to pc with cable : thats ethernet afaik speed has nothing to do with ping and speed was same like 1.5 years ago when there wasn't any problem : it does when other devices are streaming or downloading stuff while you wanna play online games idk what does that means : it means if some other application on your PC is also using internet when CSGO is running and downloading stuff or anything like that , this is similar to other devices taking your speed #5 asks another important question , what are your pings in other games ?

pubg mobile isnt enough of a sample size to declare anything , you need to test out other games or at least test out other servers of CSGO in different regions and such to see whether the pink spiking in on just your local server or it happens on all the servers. there can be alot of reasons why its happening but you have ruled out most of them from your end , you need to check other regional servers of other games or even CSGO to see if it spikes there or not.

problem on every server ? hmmm. Sounds like your Internet Service Provider problem. Maybe talk to them about fixing it or change to some other connection. if you can , you can confirm if it really is your ISP`s issue by using some other connection to play CSGO , like your mobile service provider`s connection for a while or something to test it out. If you get stable network on some other ISP , it definitely is your internet problem

Modern modems have two bands for wifi signal: 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz if you are gaming you need to connect on 5.0ghz. Check your modem manual (google it) if your modem doesnt support you need buy a wifi router or just use cable. Also make sure your pc wifi card supports 5.0ghz signal

Ping spikes mostly occurs because of your own network. List of reasons - Most importants are in top - Your internet connection speed. - Your connection type ( if you connect a wi-fi network it's very normal to have ping spikes) - Background applications ( Turn off windows updates and all other application updates while gaming) - CSGO connection errors. If you have wrong connection settings in your config file it does couse connection errors too. - The server errors. Make sure you connect a server which has a well connection speed. - Ethernet cable abrasion. Make sure your cable is solid. I hope it helps you to fix it. Good luck.

I had a similar problem. not exact. I had loss. during roughly the same time everyday. checked with isp. showed them the "ping -t" command in the command prompt during that time vs normal time. they did something on their end. it was fixed. so.. check with your isp. explain them your problem. should be solved.

having the same problem, it makes me lose so many rounds lmao

You should try blocking the csgo blog in win10. I had csgo chugging all my bandwidth every now and then because it was loading something from there. Sometimes it took minutes to get back to normal ping instead of 1000. Google it and you should find some tutorial.

You are experiencing bufferbloat and the only way to fix it is to buy a router that has a good qos implementation
