broke my left arm in a cycling accident
had none due to my safe upbringing in a quiet diverse high income town in sunny California
Broke my toe while fighting judo, also I had hearnia when I was about 7 and had to do surgery and be in bed for 3-5 months
messed up a 60ft cliff jump and broke 4 ribs, my collarbone, shattered my ankle and broke a couple fingers and my wrist.
broken arm and i once hit a rock on a hill and flew over my bike, i fucked up my finger a bit and had a bloody face, lost half of a tooth as well, but nothing too bad
collar bone snapped with huge gap... 2 surgeries, 6 months of metal plate holding bone to heal... well, best present for my dad`s birthday i could have...
Put my face into Hot Iron as child.
my ex-classmate threw me right behind his back and I broke a finger xD but it was like not exactly broken, just some crack in the bone you know.
almost cut my pinky with a chainsaw
slipped on a rug and was bleeding from my eyebrow that i needed stitches
had a cyst in the back of my head when i was born and needed surgery

you decide which one is the worst
Never had any injury in my 26 year old life
broke my lower right arm, had to have surgery. it sucked a bit but it only took like 1 month to recover
Broken hip in a traffic accident...
broke my arm during birth, only major injury I've had in my life.
Broke my right arm, got to hospital and they gave me a cast which they failed to wrap right around it and it put my arm in a position where it did not properly grow together. Long story short needed to drive through complete germany (From Freiburg to Lübeck) and there was only 1 Doctor who was willing to operate it. Cause it was too close on the growth plate. Got a fixator with 4 screws in my elbow and it was about 2-3months in my arm where it inflamed and it had to be replaced immediately but on this day it was pretty late and those fuckers in the hospital didnt gave me anesthesia, so i got the 4 screws removed and felt everything (They littlerly fixated me on the table with 4people). I was 8 years old and had over 10years of trauma because of it. The Pain from the removal was the worst ive ever felt.
To this day i have a really big scar on my elbow because they didnt even stitch it together, worst fuck up ive ever experienced in germany for myself. Never ever went back to that hospital even tho i still live only 15mins away from it.
Herniated discs in the lower back; cracked collarbone and torn shoulder ligaments (took like 18 months before I could do 1 push up), after that tore my ACL, both meniscus, LCL, quad and deformed tibia; a bit over 2 years to trust the leg again, but it still hurts 24/7 after 4 years, and fucks me royally if I sit down with my leg bent for any length of time.
P. S. Knee was the worst, it was just chronological order.
Never broken a bone, lots of bruises, cuts and so on - mountain biking does that.
Worst one was crashing and scraping aprox. 10 cm2 of skin from my right shin and about a ½cm deep, it wasn't overly painful but really annoying as it took time to heal and left a big ass scar to my collection. A more painful was burn about the same size on my left calf, caused by me forgetting to be careful when dismounting and touching the exhaust of a motorcycle I was riding as a passenger - that there was no water around to cool the burn didn't help.
Fell down face down on the geound. Broke my beer bottle. One time I did put a whiskey bottle on The geound and the bottle shattered.
One time I carried 4 cases of beer to home and one of the cases decided to open and beer started to roll all ovet the place.
These were my mental injuries. Who gives a shit about broken bones and stitches. I've broken like every bone on My body and had stitches on My Werner. That's nothing compared to the feeling when you realize you are out of alcohol
broke my right arm when i crashed and flipped my atv
A pretty bad hematoma in my left calf due to horseriding, was jumping with a horse when it suddenly stopped before the jumping pole and it made me tumble straight on top of it, my leg hitting it completely, couldve cracked in half but I got away with a 10yr long injury, no damage to the bone just a hematoma and a loss of feeling due to crushed nerves on a spot thats about 15cm wide, its been 6-7 years now and I still have no feeling in it, but pressuring it causes sharp pain thus I have been unable to "sport" the same way as of since, its also still swollen which is incredibly annoying when wearing boots >_<
I broke a vertebrate when I was young
I also tore ligaments in my knee with a severe bone contusion - couldnt walk whole summer :(
Probably from when I wrecked my Rx8 at 18 and had a piece of fence go through the drivers side door, through my left, past my balls (unscathed thankfully) and came to rest literally touching my femoral artery. I don't remember the piece of wood being in my leg hurting much when I was stuck in the car or in the hospital but when the first responders used a saw to cut the piece of wood in between my leg and the inside of the car door was pain I will never forget, felt like someone attached a jackhammer to my spine and set it to max speed, that sucked.
when i was 11, a pool skimmer didn't have the lid on, got my whole leg stuck inside, the concrete tore my skin and you could see through to my shin bone, tendons and muscle. luckily no bones broken and did not loose mobility.
Broke my left arm as a kid, humerus bone near the shoulder. Weird spot. Initially it hurt but healing was fun partly because I was left handed, and I lied about not being able to write so I did no writing school work at all xd
very few injuries despite doing parkour for over 10 years. worst was actually before i started training seriously. i was just dumb and jumped off a really tall rock, landed on my heels because i didn't know any better, and bruised one of them. never went to the doctor, and my heel hurt for probably 2+ years until it finally healed on its own. aside from that, only had minor stuff like ankle sprains (never from parkour), pinky dislocation from a game of flag football, bruised my ass when i slipped and fell during parkour, lol.
I fell 6m. Crushed my foot and broke my right arm. Spent 11 days in the hospital & 3 months in a wheelchair
a heartbreak and still going through it lol
Ankle sprain from playing football, that's it :D
paper cut on left hand index finger
hurt like a motherfucker for all of 10 seconds. god bless allahumdulilah i am saved now
Went down a ramp, trying to do tre flip. When landing i leaned too back and the skate flew out of my legs, so i smashed my head into concrete. Knocked me out and i wone up in hospital with light brain damage
broke a finger playing gagaball
i broke up with girl and that hurt my heart
hit a friend's knee while training and got a bump the size of a tennis ball on my shin
Torn ACL from playing football
I twisted my knee once while skiing. I basically turned it around 90° but at the end it wasnt as bad as expected but I had to wear one of these things that prevent you from bending your knee for 2 months.
Broke my front tooth after crush on bike
permanent damage to my back and right shoulder working
was really close (5mm) to lose my left eye cuz of piece of broken glass was falling on me
my adopted cat used to get aggressive every time that he heard a street cat fighting/getting hurt
it happened once while I was close to him and he attacked my legs so badly that it gave me like 10+ small scars on my legs and made me completely unable to stand for almost 2 weeks + some more weeks for me to be able to walk without feeling pain
becoming addicted to play video games
A friend of mine threw a rock on my head while we were playing in the school backyard. Lots of blood but no pain. Have a couple cm scar on my head. My friend ended up crying more than i did
Hard to say tbh because despite doing lots of stupid and dangerous shit I’ve never broken or seriously bruised any bone.
the only thing that sent me to a hospital was pneumonia, and asthma attack, but that's not really an injury. I only had minor injuries like cuts, abraisions and bruises from falling from bikes and falling in general, hit my balls on a bike too and I feel like they are not even anymore, I never tested my fertility, but I hope my tadpoles are doing alright
I guess my worst injury ever was when I was around 12 or 13 and I tried to "bunnyhop" on a bike and I was quite successful until I didn't see the sand on the road. My bike slipped and I hit the asphalt road with full impact on my chin. I was also going pretty fast so I kinda bounced off of the road and flew a bit further. First thing I did was check if I didn't break my jaw, and I didn't, so I got up and checked other injuries. On my left pointing finger I had lost so much skin that a little bit of bone was visible, but only in a really small spot, so it healed pretty fast, I would say after 2 weeks all I had left was a scar that I still have to this day. And my chin had to get stiched up, as I had flesh pretty much sagging from my chin. A bit of it, but still. And the funny thing is, from the accident to stitching, I waited around, idk, 4 or 5 hours, and it didn't hurt at all, it didn't even bleed! That's the power of adrenaline. But as soon as the doctor started stitching it up it hurt pretty badly. It was a big needle as well. I guess I was really lucky, because I hit that road with full impact of going fast and being high in the air, so I could've easily broken my jaw.
I nearly sawed my thumb off when I worked in construction
I once got shot in the head point blank range with a pneumatic weapon
Ingrown toenail is my worst, I'm pretty lucky
Broke my left Radius (one of two bones joining wrist and elbow) in a bike accident last year. Didn't hurt a lot until I got the xray and found out it's broken....started hurting like a mfer after that lol
Left arm was in a cast for 5 weeks. Took 4-6 months to completely regain strength.
broke my jaw when i was 9
Car accident, it left the road and rolled through a field.
Broken ribs, 3 twisted vertebrae in my spine, broken arm and fractured wrist, glass in my right eye and several other pieces stuck into parts of my body.
Walked away so could have been worse XD
I had 2 major injury’s
1. I was 6 and in summer vacation in Kosovo I got hit by a car my whole right arm broke and a big ass whole was in my arm they had to take skin from my leg to cover up the hole
3-4 months with an arm cast
2. 1 year ago a football match where my enemy talked me hard my shin broke completely my whole foot was fucked till now I have slightly pain while walking or running
i haven't actually broken any bones or had any proper big injuries
but about 5 years ago i slipped running for the bus after school and my body reflex went "bite down"
so from that reflex i broke half of one front tooth and a small yet noticeable chunk of the other (both filled now and haven't bothered me for a few years)
Probably when I hit my head on a patch of ice as a kid because I was trying to be cool.
Cut open the side of my hand from my wrist all the way up to the nail of my thumb.
Fell from a tree and broke my hand with Displacement.
At least i saw how a broken bone looks like(no it didn't broke my skin)-i was like 8yo
I had an operation and everything is fine
Maybe Inflammation of my legs muscles(i couldnt walk for like week)
3 times broken left arm (the 3rd time it got broken and dislocated after 1 week by removing the cast)
and about 10 days ago I was cut under the wrist and blade touched the feeling nerve, Three stitches and some numbness over the little finger till the wrist
when i was 7 years old, i slipped on my little sister's piss with socks on and accedantly backflipped and bled on the floor, dislocated my jaw and slightly broke by chin
I was 8 years old on a sled (old ones that can't really turn) , going downhill very fast. I couldn't turn in time my leg hit a post. I had double fracture (tibia péroné idk in English sorry) I couldn't walk for 8 months
Not about me but my cousin had probably the worst injury i can think of.
She broke her arm while jumping on one of those springs bed.
Her dad drove her to a morrocan hospital to have it fix and Idk how to explain it properly but they basically fixed her arm UPSIDE DOWN, meaning she couldn't move it properly like a regular arm and it hurted like hell.
So she had to fly to France where the doctors were fucking baffled and never saw that happenning in their 30 year carreer.
The only way to fix it was to break her arm again and fix it the right way which is what they did, now her arm is doing (kinda) fine (happened like 14 years ago even tho she still has the mark of stitches etc and basically her arm still looks kinda fucked
broke my shoulder falling off trampoline
I was playing blind tag (idk what it's called but essentially tag with your eyes closed) as a kid and I ran head on straight into a windowsill. My eyebrow needed stiching and I got a mild concussion.
I also fucked my hip (iliopsoas and adductor) from probably too many high kicks without proper warmup/stretching and I basically couldnt lift my foot off the ground for 2 months.
neved had something significant happen to me luckily
back in school torn leg muscle in a 100m sprint without warming up 1st i went full speed cuz i wanted to beat my friend...if i remember right i had to drag my leg with my hands if i wanted to move for few weeks it was rly painful
Tore my groin twice, and broke my wrist and ankle but none of them were too bad, but groin tear was def worse
smashed my head into radiator when I was like 4
Back when i was in primary school, my eye got cut by a girl's nail, it was one a hell of period for me to fully recover.
hit my forehead on the door, running in fear from my grandma's boxer dog that wanted to play, got 5 stitches
Was playing tag with some friends as a kid, and ran down a hill to run away from the chaser, I tripped on the way down and broke my right collarbone.
Well i got obstetrical brachial plexus palsy in my left shoulder during birth, broke my arm when i was 6 too but that shit heals, litteral nerve damage does not :D
it's both mental & physical but i'm not gonna talk about it
just gonna say i'm getting better and better since that day
dint broke anything.
but ive bleed like a million times.
but the most hurts is my fading eyesight as i have to wear glasses now.
Severe brain damage from reading HLTV Comments
I torn up my ACL completely . I was a basketball player and i've injured myself while i was trying to reverse in postplay .
The problem was , my body kept going while my knee decided to stay :(
Got my surgery for it , I couldn't be able to stand up or walk for like 3-4 weeks . Now im in recovery progress ,9 months passed already but i need 3 more to return any sport or body-building sessions .
Pro-tip = always do stretches and do not push yourself hard if you feel like your body can't that move
i broke my wrist it was horrible
Broken arms probably, but biggest shit I got was corona (not beer)
my eyes after watching junior play with AWP, I still haven't recovered
I got bit in the face by a Rottweiler when I was 7 years old. I still have some fear when being close to a dog (i'm 23 now)
sprained wrist, head and arm stitched, screwed up ankle... bicycle fall(s)
Well, idk quite know what's worse. I got my eyebrow stitched after i did some stupid things with a hammock (we made a catapult using the hammock and my friend used the catapult when i was next to it so it cut my eyebrow in half, blood everywhere)
I broke my arm in a biking accident. A guy didn't have his arm out when he was turning, so i continued into him and i rolled over. And my arm ended up in a cast in 8-12 weeks, and i couldn't lift my arm higher than my hip in 3 months. I did some training to get it back in shape, (1-2 months) I was 13
I got a hole in my tongue after i accidentally bit in my tongue when my sister jumped up in my chin on the trampoline, I lost a tooth, and got a hole in my tongue (u could see through it) very painful.
not really an injury but having a ingrown toenail while working construction was the worst year of my life
they cut a piece from my penis((
Fell of a scooter at 60 km/h, got my arm stitched up, somehow didn't break anything
Broke my head when I was little (Some dumb kid pushed me into a metal pole thinking I stole his candy while in a school party) - Got a huge scar on my forehead that will forever be with me. (Not sure how long it took to heal it, but I had surgery)
Cut the back of my head open because I got pushed into a table mid class (Dind't take long to heal)
Broke the 2nd metatarsal on my right foot cause I got mad I lost the ball so I kicked a goalpost full force while playing football last year, one of the stupidiest things I have ever done for obvious reasons. (It's still healing. Basically it should've taken around 3 months max to get it healed, but it actually took 5/6, and it's not even fully healed yet, because of a stupid doctor (he eventually sent me to a specialist when he realised things were getting too fucked with my foot))
Also there's a chance I will only have my foot at 100% in 2 years time or more.
Torn calf muscles and ACL.
Had to stop playing basketball at age 16.
Grade 2 sprained wrist from Rugby, reinjured it a few years ago so it's been in a cast twice. Grade 2 sprained toe from judo. Sickness-wise, one time I was pretty unlucky and got pneumonia (retard doctor said I had sinusitis until I visited someone else), and then just a month later had appendicitis.
was playing with my friends in school or a rainy day in 6th standard (i was 12), i slipped and hit a sharp piece of iron rod right on the left side of my left eye.
doctors said it was a miracle that it missed my left eye just by millimeters
Fractured both of my elbows when I was like 8 from practicing riding a bike
longboard down a hill. fell, hit head on pavement. 20+ MPH. they gave me fentanyl on the scene and i was airlifted to the hospital. nothing broken but i tore something in my spine and the pain was so bad my dad says i was screaming all night and no meds would touch the pain. had that pain for over a week. nightmarish. i get legit ptsd whenever i see a longboard now
Spilled about 0.4 litres of boiling hot water on my thighs, stomach, calves and hand. 2nd degree burns on my thighs around 40x30cm area
Happened on monday last week lmao, going to get assessed for a skin graft on monday but hopefully won't be needing one.
made me stop playing football :(
Was out drunk driving on my atv, drifting in the snow on a frozen lake, i hit a snow/ice wall and flew off and the atv flipped over and landed on me, crushing my hip on my right leg.
Broke my left arm wrist at the age of 14. Accidently fell off my bike, and my body landed straight onto my left arm, totally destroying the wrist. Recovered successfully after 3 month of keeping my wrist fixed in gips
Ingrowing nail at my big toe. The worst part was when it got the medicin to not deal more pain than it would otherwise but yea, took a long time and was very annoying and painfull
A penile fracture which is a tear in the tunica albuginea.
Upper arm fracture cuz of arm wrestling. Yes, like thsoe clips on youtube
when i was 16 i was riding my bike but i stacked and faceplanted. I smashed my front teeth (mind you i had not long had my braces removed and my teeth were very nice). I also hit my head very hard that I blacked out, not sure how long for but I dont think it was too long. Luckily I was wearing a helmet because I probably would have had a significant injury otherwise.
losing myself (feels like i am someone else) after taking antidepressants. and physically : two consecutive leg fractures.
Dislocated my right shoulder 3 times. Now after an operation i have 2 titan nails inside me and its doing an amazing job
broke my ulna , radius and another small bone in my right arm very recently (march/may)
rolled my ankle a year ago didnt go to the doctor. it still feels unstable.
had an accident with glass and cut up my forearm pretty bad, lost a lot of blood. needed like 30 stitches and my tendons were damaged. i think it might have been a legit near death experience as i almost lost conciousness from blood loss
fractured ankle like gordon hayward
Stepped on a nail sticking out, it went right inside my toe. Happened while gathering cherry on my dacha with my cousin. Was somewhere between 10-15 hard to say. Doctor gave me a shot of anti-tetanus injection. Apparently it lasts 2-3 years.
Next year on the same dacha, I slipped and fell down... with my palm literally landing on a huge nail sticking out. I could see the black dot on top of my palm (i.e. nail went like 70-80% through). At the hospital they see my card and say 'Oh you already have that medicine, nice'. Regardless how terrible it sounds, I recovered and there is no mark even by now.
Writing it made me creep a bit, but I guess it's good that it's in the past ;)
shattered some bone in the elbow, during some sports event in school was running, fell and landed on the elbow, hurt af.
but the most annoying/longest lasting and the one that caused the most pain was ingrown toenail. multiple ones actually. struggled with that shit for years in middle/highschool, went to countless doctors, had it cut out about a dozen times, most without anesthesia. but if i didnt go to doctors it would just hurt everytime i took a step, sporting became insufferable. after years of living like that my pain tolerance has increased, getting it cut out became tolerable. now i can maybe resist torture :DDDDDDDD
Piece of glass in sea in Malta cut 2 fingers on my leg :)
ACL injury playing football. It needed surgery, and it was kind of traumatic, tbh. After 5 years, I am playing football again, but just for fun.
twisted my fucking ankle, this shit happens every other time I play sports smh
broke both bones in my right arm
Never had a proper injury
had a severe ankle sprain playing football. man i was so nervous going home because i was sure that my parents were gonna get so mad at me. took at least a month for me to run properly again
Twisted the ankle of my left foot because I was doing shit on the playground. Severely unnessecary, but it's all fine now.
i cut my ankle with a sickle , it recovered fast and now i have a really cool scar on my ankle
ruptured my ACL and MCL playing cricket, lead to having 9 blood clots on my lungs. After being given a 10% chance to live, im still here 4 years on!
I was like 9 years old when my father took me, my brother and 2 neighbors to his work. We just chilled and had fun in the warehouse and there was that little metal "train" with rails where you put wood on you know. We were just "driving" with this (you had to push it to get it moving) from one side of warehouse to another. Until I fell down, my shirt got stuck and I just dragged for 20+ meters. When they managed to stop it, I stood up and walked it off like it was nothing, until adrenaline went down and I felt pain in my right leg. Took down my pants and saw a big hole in my upper thigh, basically saw a bone and it it would fit approximately 2 medium eggs inside.
I got 19 stitches (without anesthesia) and an ice-cream from the doctors. Was very close to lose my leg.
Also have been very close to lose my left eye (brother threw a big ass rock straight under my eye),
I broke my chin when I was a child, the blood what I still remember... I did not hurt, few stitches and a twisted teeth thanks to that. Bad injury indeed
Probably having twisting my wrist and the back of my hand became the front of my hand for a while, took 1 year to heal and 2 surgeries
Skiing accident - ligaments in my knee tore off parts of my bones
slipped from scaffolding and fell like 4-5m when i was 16,
vertebral fracture i was lucky that my bone marrow wasn't hurt
Shatteted both my tibia and fibula on trampoline. They shoot through my leg and my leg Almost detached from rest of it. Just hung on bit of skin and muscle. Month in hospital. 4 surgeries later i got titanium tibiaboneamd luckily still attached leg. Took about year to walk properly without limping and 4-5 years to it feel just as normal as other leg =)
Had a stick in my left eye, I am hald blind since then xd but it's ok
