Why remove sexiest coach?

FaNg has a ton of potential but hes just been struggling game after game recently. I would honestly prefer oBo over Swisher, I dont think Swisher is the best replacement to FaNg nor as complete as oBo is. Smooya would be a great firepower upgrade for the AWP and would allow JT to call more AWP oriented plays. He has also played NA in the past and only couldnt keep playing because COVID hit and his visa had issues because of that. Also for everyone saying replace JT -Thats stupid as fuck, what IGL outisde of stanislaw are you going to pick up. We already know stans ceiling and its been a long time since he hit it. -JT literally sets the meta in NA, anything his teams incorporate is almost instantly used at a base level by every team ECL and under. -JT is a good support player and when hes had a complete system, his rosters have had some of the top support statistics in the word, even better than Astralis' in 2019. -Stan isnt as versatile as JT role wise. JT has shown to be more willing to go onto a shit buy so he has util or his teammate has a gun compared to stan whos roles required him rifling over some players

people keep crapping on NA, but dont allow the players to develop smh. people keep saying col should disband or that they should replace the whole roster with EU players. how is NA supposed to develop like this? -Junior is the best call but I don't see it happening till 2023. I'd love to see +ANa or +smooya (Smooya's a risk given his reputation and imo ANa would be great for branding purposes.)

Smooya is good but to toxic. Better to get hen1 since he was left out of 00nation. Fang is inconsistent but so is every1 except floppy. Junior is their biggest problem atm.

Complexity have Jerry Jones money, who owns the Dallas Cowboys and has a yacht that costs as much as Tom Brady’s net worth. Money is far from an issue here, it’s pretty much all on Jason to make moves he feels can rejuvenate this lackluster org.
