well hes not gonna get a better team than coL. He's never going to play in tier 1/2 CS again. He'll even be lucky to find a decent tier 3 team.

Even thorin said he probably couldn’t find a team that actually deserves to have him. Not many international teams. He could pick and T2/T3 English speaking team he wanted and join them when he’s free but he’d prob rather go home and carry his friends again
Jks fits better in an EU team right now. Id actually really like to see him on Vitality.
disband all coL and make:
degster (superstar awper, maybe igl if he wanted??) or smooooya
riflers could be stay with floppy (only one performing) or add new ones as Yekindar (best option for superstar), zyphon or valde (decent riflers) and obviously JKS. even snax is good option
IGLs options are SDY, TMB, boombl4, aleksib, hooxi

We want COL to stay NA though. Its good for CS to keep Dallas Cowboys money involved

stan is out on tier1 for the forseeable future, don't be ridiculous.
coL needs a better awper, maybe someone from EU who can speak english well. And then, a euro IGL to coach these NA talents. Show them how the game is played. coL has great potential but junior is really the only thing holding them back. I don't think JT is necessarily the problem but they just lose because they aren't as organized. It's a team of players who can probably be the 4th or 5th player on a good team but there's nothing there to elevate them. They need a good awp and a great IGL.
But I can't say for certain that coL would need a new IGL until they get a better awper.

5000iq play from EG. They hired every NA player now complexity has to hire a gn4 player to replace junior (still an upgrade imo)
