that sounds good. i use 1-cup oats, water, pinch salt, boil it, add 2 tbs natural PB, splash of almond/cashew/oat milk, and 20g protein powder. my daily preworkout meal. great pump in the gym.
Boiled water, mix it to a hard consistency. Add some little grasps of chocolate and vanilla in the mix so it melts and becomes part of the taste.
Blueberries on top of it and enjoy.
