did work in several restaurants back in the days (lol) for several type of cuisine.. went also to UK but oh god your food is awful, awful. Italian food is really overrated, people only know them for "pizza" Portuguese/spanish food is great, french is toptier obviously, then comes asia but i wont rank because i really like them all.

The best English chefs are Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver. That should tell everything, lmao. Overall, French, Spanish, China, Japanese, Hindu and Peruvian have the best chefs. Doesn't mean other places don't have fantastic chefs, but overall those nationalities have a more significant number of amazing chefs.

I think in terms of cuisine everyone likes what was used to eat. But oustside of my country I think Mexican, Italy and Corean are the best.
