He ruined astralis not the other way around. Esetag is an example of how astralis can absolutely lift a player to the top if they would work and adapt. Expecting the best team ever to bend over backwards instead of adapting is why it never worked and why he didn't get much server time. Zonic was willing to put the 6th man over xyp if they were in anyway better but bubsky just wasn't.

And he doesn't play dupreehs well either. Couldnt replace magisk. And when glaive was missing bubsky was also shit. In short bubsky is just the price you pay when you take a chance on some young talent who's stats in tier 2 don't translate to the top.

Konfigs slump is better than bubskys peak. I say this believing fully that konfig is massively overrated but even I wouldnt insult him by comparing him to tier 2 trash who is somehow treated as royalty when what he did less for astralis than jugi ffs.
He qualified for the major and he was then put on the bench so papa Gla1ve could attend a major again whilst doing nothing to get them there

being a professional player, a title contender doesn't only mean clicking heads and throwing nades. it also includes mental aspects
if adversities destroyed his confidence, hunger and motivation to the point he doesn't even want to play for a team anymore, he just doesn't have it. even tho astralis is a bad org (no shit?) i just don't want to lick his ass telling how unlucky he is and how unfair life is bla bla bla, if u want achieve something in cs u'll be achieving no matter what, no excuses

tf are you talking about. He pushed Astralis through the major qualifier only to be on the bench for the major. They kept him 9 months without letting him play or releasing him so he could find a new team.

Those are hard thing to quantify. Of course he lost his motivation when being in Astralis and not getting to play. However, how much of that is really Astralis fault? Could Bubzki have left if he wanted?
My guess is that being in Astralis one day was one of his leading motivator for his career. There was no future in Astralis (and Astralis was not what it used to be) so that was a major part of his career goals gone. Taking some time off is proven way to see if there is still something he misses from the game or something he wants to pursue in cs.

im not denying he got played by a scum org. but my point is different
you can't become a champion without overcoming all obstacles on your path. he just doesn't have a spark to grind back into t1, to attend a major, to win it and to show a middle finger to kasper hvidt from the stage, at the end of the day. one non-critical obstacle just crushed him. he is a victim but not a fighter

he is a fool for joining a roster where he knew he would be on the bench most of the time, he did it cus Astralis is so big and he wanted the paycheck, now his career is ruined and soon he will be picking warehouse orders and hltv will celebrate
