CPU not goes past 20% usage and gpu not goes past 40% usage. FPS dropping all over the place, constantly switching between 160-250 fps. Only happens in CSGO, any other game or software i can tweak the settings to reach 100% usage. Didn't find anything that actually helped, because the problem is definitely on the game, not on my pc. None of that windows settings bullshit worked. tx
