ive never played undertale so im not sure. but as a 2d platformer, its very very good for what it is. It's also very frustrating to mess up, but it doesnt ever feel unfair

its hard for me to say it was fun but it was really satisfying and rewarding after each stage even tho it gets really on your nerves when you are stuck for a while in 1 room

Yeah. It was extra bad for me because I had never played a 2d platformer before celeste, so I had to build up the muscle memory from scratch. I got genuinely very frustrated on a few levels, especially in the hotel chapter. But the sense of improvement was amazing, the game feels really satisfying, and making it past levels flawlessly is super rewarding

It has proven to help somewhat since they have given people pills that do nothing but they are told that they are helping and it pushes them to do more reps or just improve overall performance a little bit

It feels so bad and unresponsive, the visuals aren't to my liking and is just bad to use. Their marketing tactics are really fucked and I just hate what they did with many games of just not letting the game devs distribute their game on other platforms for years just cause they were trying to build a store, mind you that store being fucking awful anyway.

yes, the first time I played it I found it boring, because I was expecting a game with more action, but it's a good game if you take it as it was created, it's more like an exploration game, metroidvania, puzzles, the second time I enjoy it much. Maybe a little more action would have been nice, but it still seemed like a good game. Now I'm trying to complete it 100%, trying to discover all the secrets, hidden places, things like that I'm taking it more with another mentality, like an exploration game, with touches of metroidvania. Although I'm not a fan of star wars, the game seems good to me.

To be honest I'm very "picky" with the singleplayer games I play. So maybe I can surely say that it can just be me, as I find many of the bigger singleplayer games really boring. If the story and gameplay doesnt catch me in the first like 2 hours, I'm just never playing the game again. I've never been that guy that is entertained sitting 100 hours quietly while doing all the quests in Witcher 3 for example, even tho I know the story is awesome.
