if you can afford it, why not?
"Is it worth to invest to audiophile headphones and good quality studio microphone for gaming and streaming ?"
You are the only one who can answer that
I'd usually say yes to that, but it would highly depend on the headphone and microphone you've got in mind.
Yes, I’m a audiophile and I can also recommend your decent stuff if you’re not a troll
You don't even need to go to the top-end gear, and pretty much anything around the same price as the gaming counterpart will be a lot better
Studio quality microphone is overkill unless you're actually making >10% of your income from streaming/video production. If you're just chatting with the bros over discord or whatever, a random $20 usb microphone will be good enough.
Dedicated headphones is a good idea though if you can spend at least $100 on them.
depends on the mic headphones
Absolutely in my opinion, I’ve been rocking a setup like this for years and really enjoy it
If you listen music sure, good headphones are always a must even if you have a good pair of speakers. They will be better than 7.1 neon leds ultra gaming headset. About microphone, if you want to be best twitch streamer then yes, if not, a simple stand micro would do the trick to play, even micro from webcam if you only play.
if you are streaming then having a nice mic is definitely a plus, after getting spoiled by well tuned sm7bs and re-20s I can't easily listen to "poor" streamers anymore.
i have cheap monitor headphones from audio technica and they sound and work fine, even for gaming, but they get sweaty and hot during the summer
Gaming headsets are only useful because of the integrated microphone.
Sound quality is often really average
They can have some good battery for the wireless ones
In term of quality any audiophile headset would work in gaming
for streaming u need a good mic 100%
if for streaming you fucking need it
might as well since it can cost less / the same as headsets and is much much better.
iems + quadcast s is literally enough for 99% of humans alive, with some good iems and a rode psa1 you're looking at ~300€ to 350€
