I moticed that I lost a lot of my physical fitness and easily get tired for example when running. Can riding a bike for 1 hour every day improve it? I don't have possibility to do any complicated thing like going to gym or changing diet too much so I'm looking for simple measures.

Sorry I think I couldn't force myself to run every day, I just find it far less enjoyable than cycling. If it takes more time, I'm fine with it.

I would recommend to run for at least once or twice a week on top of cycling every day.

cycling is just like walking/running. you can take it easy and cruise for 10km in an hour, or you can push yourself and do it in 20 minutes. you can take it easy and walk for 5km, or you can push yourself and run. you can be in bad shape and still walk long distances and go on leisure bike rides.

Jog for 2-3 km everyday. Do that first. Also, stop/minimizing eating junk food as much as you can. If you feel hunger, consider also drinking lots of water. See the change in your body and how you feel for yourself :> Good luck mens))

I'm sorry if I sound antagonistic to jogging/running, but for a reason I can't state here I would really, really prefer to do cycling. Is it at all comparable to running? For example can cycling twice as much help noticably?

The problem with that is that cycling enhances a different set of muscles than jogging/running does. Your feet would never feel the pressure/get tense while cycling but it's quite the opposite in jogging. Jogging would really, really help with the overall body balance, posture and core strength of your body. Maybe try and jog on the same track as you do cycling? If you want, try and experiment this: Jog for 3 km. The next day cycle for 3-7 km. Let me know in which case you felt that you pushed your body to the limit. The essence is that you need to push your bodily limits. That's how your muscles get stronger and your physique improves day by day.

Swap between running and walking. Probably better for your body than bike riding.

Yes. But you can avoid that by running with good shoes and on softer ground like in the park or in the woods. Running is a full body workout almost. Biking is more legs

if you get bored with running ( i did too ) you can change to swimming you will feel very fit and active and also eat a lot with positive changes

I might consider swimming at one point, but currently there is no swimming pool in my city (it's small city) and when I was at a swimming pool last time I couldn't swim longer than 15-20 minutes. I need to prepare.

it takes time to build up, just like running but it is tons more fun and not boring at all it wont make you a better runner per se but it'll definitely give you a lot of mental and aerobic endurance and you wont feel easily tired anymore

Do skipping, its extremely fun and one of the best cardio to do. You can so it absolutely anywhere, its very very cheap and you can do tricks

Depends on what kind of fitness but any level of activity where you strain yourself is obviously going to benefit your cardiovascular health For your goals: High intensity, short interval activity like sprints or heavy lifts tap into your ATP system. If you want to get more explosive do ATP system exercises Lower intensity, longer interval activity like long distance running and biking as you discuss = aerobic energy system. Either activity is fine, as long as your straining yourself. 1 hour is more than enough
