probably overall calories, macros and micros. if u sporty person u can get away more with eating alot of shitty junkfood. since first u have a better insulin control and 2nd u probalbyb urn it anyway.

But when it comes to bulking, macro=calories. (Not 100%, but it becomes a very important factor) There is a huge difference between dirty-clean bulk.

Macro and Micro nutrients are important for your body condition (you need them for hair, skin, nail health and better digestion and organ function), but you need overal calories/energy to maintain overal body functioning and weight calibration.
