probably overall calories, macros and micros. if u sporty person u can get away more with eating alot of shitty junkfood. since first u have a better insulin control and 2nd u probalbyb urn it anyway.

Depends on your goal If you wanna lose weight, overall calories is more important But when it comes to bulking, macro=calories. (Not 100%, but it becomes a very important factor) There is a huge difference between dirty-clean bulk.

its simple 1.8 - 2 g protein per kg body weight to maintain muscle mass 0.8g - 1 g fat per body weight for hormone production / regulation rest is fill with carbs. go by this formula all your life and ur gonna be big healthy menz. soo ez wooo

Well hard to say. Macro and Micro nutrients are important for your body condition (you need them for hair, skin, nail health and better digestion and organ function), but you need overal calories/energy to maintain overal body functioning and weight calibration.
