My whole recent matches list is full of victories where I am top frag by a lot in like all of them, and now I lost one game where I was still the top fragger.
And I deranked after one game, like wtf did they change for it to become worse?

Goes by "skill" now.
being top fragger is irrelevant
you can win 16-14 and still lose ELO.
if you lose 6-16 against a weak opponent, that will probably be more ELO lost than five victories against weak opponent
