you can't. until you purchase or buy an item from him. or maybe (i haven't tried it myself but) you can try to save the image and do reverse image search? maybe his steam profile would show up? idk.

there are software for that, its used by scammers. basically what it does is it has filters and u can set for example 50euros min price and it will parse all the accounts who have those items in the inventory (public only ofc) and then the scammer spams them trying to steal that

i guess you would need to copy float of the weapon (install floatchecker on your browser) and then find this skin on csgofloat.com and it's gonna come with its owner

unlucky :c. There is also a method with avatar finder, though there sometimes might be many people with the same avatar which makes it more complicated . you can look sth up on youtube maybe there are any other ways
