For whoever loves puzzle games, here is a list of GREAT minesweeper "clones". All of these games are far too cheaper than what they deserve:
Three games in the series, curated levels which increase in difficulty. It also includes other gameplay elements that minesweeper doesn't have, one of which is the hexagonal field, Instead of squares everything is a hexagon.
More of the good stuff.
Hexcells + an infinite generator. So much nice.
Hexcells on STEROIDS. It's so good. 160 levels at least of curated content, with everything from a square grid, to hexagons, to triangles with octagons, to small rectangles with big rectangles. It's just a great game with a LOT of content. Get it, if it's on sale you really shouldn't miss out on it.
Hexceed, I've seen good reviews of it, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet (currently stuck on tametsi). But it looks really good.
All these games are cheap AF and should really be considered.
