they're not harmful at all, there's lots of dumb rumours and shit, but none are proven in science, nor documented in peer reviewed papers.
tldr; they're good, enjoy them if you like them.
they are not completely harmless
still harmfull to an extent
just consume in moderation, better than sugar versions especially with stuff like pepsi
They are less harmful, but not non-harmful. In general, you shouldn't be consuming either of them regularly.
not harmful, but there is a correlation between sugar-free drinks and diabetes
They are not harmul. Proved by several studies. Not possible to surpass daily minimal dose, unless you like to drink 8L of it everyday.
The chemicals probably are harmful. But I’d rather take those in than 40g sugar.
from a dental view its betteer for your teeth than with suger. but still not good. dont drink everyday
theyre not entirely sugar free unless its made with real fruits and shi. Drinks like coke or other similar drinks that says "sugar free" usually contains another type of sugar called sucralose which is an artificial sweetener.
Sugar free is so disgusting
Much better. Any1 who says otherwise should provide a link. best regards
Who cars? It doesn't make you fat so it's good
Yes they spike your insulin just like regular sugar drinks
It's still carbonation and acid at play, so they are not completely harmless to drink but definitely not according to the horrendous rumours out there involving sugar free soft drinks.
both are equally harmful
Sugar-free drinks advertise themselves as having 0 calories but release fat-storing hormones in the body.
They still highly acidic and full of chemicals. I would not recommend them at all but still better than regular coke full of chemicals and sugar.
just see how you feel drinking them, thats it.
science has shown 0 bad things from sugar free drinks
keep it with 2 cans a day and u won't have any issue. there is a possibility u fuck up, digestion and GI the tract if u consume too many of them
drink sparkling drinks and eat fruit if you want something sweet
I reccomend reading something about Aspartame's history
Just drink only 4 liters per day max and brush your teeth before bed and you should be a-okay.
