You usually don't wear a shirt unless you're out some place where you need to be wearing one, then instantly take it off the moment you can
But if you gotta go out multiple times and you've sweated, then yes, you change shirt (or at least you should cause nobody likes to be next to a smelly mf)
i just dont wear shirts while im at home
I mean I have to change here in Finland few times a day some times but I can't imagine some super hot country...
when its above 30 degrees here like rn i just dont wear shirt
Theyre used to it
Its hot in texas aswell but I live in a air conditioned home in brazil most homes have ceiling fans
When I stay at home, I only keep on one t-shirt. But if I go out somewhere, I always change my shirt (and always shower first). When it is very hot, it is common to take more than two showers a day. But if you are staying at home, a shower, a T-shirt and some deodorant will do.
I personally don't use T-shirt inside my house when it's hot. Sometimes I don't use it on the street, but not so often. The best you can do is fan + bath 2 times a day I guess. I don't think there's tons of mosquitoes where you live like here, so I don't need to give advices regarding it. I don't live in a super hot area like Amazonia, Northeast of Brazil or Rio, but it's still pretty hot here. In those places that I mentioned, 40°C is not uncommon.
It's funny to say this now when it's 10°C atm here.
don't wear a shirt while home, shower 2/3 times a day and change underwear 2 times a day too.
AC won't cause much problem in home
While you are out you have no option
THX for the quick answers on my weird question :D
2 baths a day is the meta in Brazil. I work in AC so I don't change my clothes during working hours. Another factor is that people who live in hot countries usually don't care about sweating, this is a normal thing, people just apply deodorant after every bath.
Idk about the humid hot countries
But with dry heat, no. Deodorant works fine then shower at night.
change a t-shirt every day
When u work outside and sweat yes you change a shirt, I sometimes take showers twice a day even
