For me I literally just played return against a wall with only my left foot.
Constantly first touch kicking against a wall and not letting it get past me trying to get it back to me but only using one foot.
Though I peaked in highschool football so who knows
very simple solution here as this is what happened to me when i was young:
shatter your ankle on your dominant foot like break it really really badly. take a long time to heal and when healthy again, as a result of losing all muscle memory from not using your dominant foot for so long, just start playing with your non-dominant foot because youre so pissed off you cant even kick the ball anymore that your non-dominant foot eventually becomes your dominant foot
Just use it more in dribbles un practice free kicks and penalties with it
do keepy uppys with your weak foot only to start. get used to achieving a soft, controlled touch and you will gradually see your overall touch improve. simple dribbling drills using weak foot helps too. this stuff was drilled into my brain when I was young (4-10 yearls old)
Set a day where you only use weak foot, never dominant. It will improve quick
imagine playing football when you can play football manager instead 😎👍
just put in the hours thats it
just practice shots and lower the power if you need to
Idk i play(ed) as right back and my left leg is made of wood and completely useless with the ball.
As a left footer i gave up on my right foot as a kid. I just play left back or right wing to cut inside
