In ears for csgo
s1mple |
CIS KillGalore4
Does anybody know good but affordable in ears ? Yes I have a good headset but sometimes when it dies I need a replacement for the rest of the night while they charge. Alternatively does anyone know the in ears s1mple or anybody in the tier 1 realm uses because if its good enough for them its obviously good enough for me. Help would be much appreciated.

yes, literally. headphones/earphones are not important to them at all, otherwise they wouldnt use garbage like logitech g pro x.

the sound is muddy and just bad. best sound for csgo is good imaging, wide soundstage and low bass (you can EQ that). some best headphones for CS are made by AKG. i personally use beyerdynamic dt 990 edition with fiio k3. logitech is not good, but it's enough even for pros. they dont really need to hear where the sound is coming from that well

then pick from this site rtings.com/headphones/reviews/best/by-us.. but nothing beats wired headphones. they are also 2 times cheaper

I bit of nitpicking here, but while rtings.com is a terrific source for actual data and the video reviews are quite good, their ranking system is, imho, not very good for picking a competitive-sounding headphone. Their data is superb and I use it quite often, but if you check the scoring system for the 'Gaming Headphone' category, the weights are really not suited for comp gaming.

wireless mice are the goto for games, it's just that most gaming headsets are dogshit in sound quality and you should just buy some good iems + sound interface for the best sound quality both ingame and for music or w/ever fresh reviews has some good reviews on yt for iems, you should check him out. my personal recommendation is truthear x crinacle zero, they're onl;y 50$ and provide exceptional sound imaging and depth

you look like such an idiot. They all have in ears under their headsets. the headsets are just for noise cancelation.

thank you i understand that if my comment was not blatant enough. the point is outside of lan on stream or wherever you want they still dont use in-ears for obvious reasons, and loba was the only one using in-ears at home for example

"Alternatively does anyone know the in ears s1mple or anybody in the tier 1 realm uses because if its good enough for them its obviously good enough for me." they all use different brands. you can see if you look at the cables of their in-ears, they are all different.

any reason you want in-ears? tbh they won't be as good at pin-pointing the sounds around the map, unless they're T1 quality which means T1 price.

True but I'm also currently talking to someone i know who says the ZS10 pro is better than the logitech g pro x with directional sound and stuff and i loved that headset so who knows.

i found this out after getting my arctis pro 7 its so comfy and good i want it till the day i die but it felt like cheats with the g pro x. I don't know I have had some clutches based on sound that if you looked at would legit get me banned. I had a sound profile so refined on the g pro x I could hear people shift walking like a few steps away from me and I don't know how that's even possible because shift walking is not supposed to emit any sound.

Because i had 3 pairs of the g pro X and one ear always broke within a month and I take care of my stuff I don't slam anything but my desk. Also I love wireless headsets like the arctis that have good range on how far away you can go aswell as comfort. comfiest headset i have ever had so far.

yes - ofc you can find in-ears that are better than over ears. your typical gamer headsets are pretty trash in most respects, so getting a good pair of non-gaming in-ears would likely be an improvement. I'm comparing in-ears to equivalent over-ears in terms of cost and general status. Buying a $200 pair of open-back cans is probably better for gaming than a $200 pair of in-ears (generally speaking - there are always exceptions)

i only used inears that came from my phone and never had a problem with hearing ingame, when they broke i bought another cheap pair and when those broke i bought these amazon.com/HyperX-Earbuds-Headphones-Nin.. so they'd last longer and they sound ok, feel comfortable. idk why people buy very expensive headsets for games like csgo, imo almost anything works and sounds nice

you can get pretty much anything, they will all be similar in games. just pick the one with best sound and if you can find some information about whether they have good imaging it would be cool. i used $40 in ears and they performed similar in CSGO as my $300 audio setup that i have now

literally go to your local electronics shop and get decent in-ears for $50 or less with those changeable rubber isolating things that make it more immersive, help with bass and also feel good with music and sound outside of the game there's no need to spend a fortune on these

I use in-ears from my local store for ~20eur and they work just fine. If they can handle music well, they most certainly can handle CSGO sounds
