I cant function without my 12 hour sleep
same here i used to sleep 3/4 hours per day and i was really tired now i sleep 8-9h :D
man i wish i could be so consequent
i leave the house at 6 in the morning and return at 6 in the evening so if i would want to have atleast 8 hours of sleep I have less than 4hours to do something for myself (gaming, gym, friends etc.) most of the time i sleep less than 6 hours except for the weekend

Had a lot of problems with this. Then I bought sleep mask and earplugs and now going to sleep at 0 and waking up with alarm at 8 no matter what. This works for me perfectly.
I fall a sleep at 2 and wake up at 6:30 and all is good with a bit of coffee. No need to sleep my life away. (Apart from the weekends)
same. I stopped having coffee at lunch / 12-1 & at 10pm I have a bit of melatonin & glycine to help me sleep.
Still kinda short sleep no ? Maybe sleep 1 hour extra
I slept for 24 hours yesterday, well almost, I think it's fixed but I may have f*k'd up and be 12 hours behind again

Wake up at 7.00
I have flexible hours at work and used to wake up at 8.30 and start work at 9 ish and always felt tired. Now I come in at 7.30, feel more rested and can go home at 15.30 and have a lot of time to do other stuff.
Mine is usually okay with the odd bad night here and there.
