It's easy to eat pizza everyday and still have 6 pak. Average pizza is 2500-300 kcal, so perfect for individual BMR

Depends, if you are still active and do a lot of sports you can compensate much better than someone who just sits around all day. But it isn’t good in any case

People have different metabolisms obviously, but if you have active lifestyle you can eat shit food everyday and not get fat. Still doesn't mean it's good for you. Candy and soda very bad, stay away.

Yeah, your kidneys, but also your liver maybe ? especially with alcohol the 2nd reason people die from cancer after cigs (when it's evitable) in France but even just eating bad food makes your arteries full etc. bad for ur heart

yeah it's true, in france from 18 to 65yo, 1 out of 3 adults smoke & 1 out of 4 adults smoke daily sooo yeah 25% of the population this age is i guess around 12-14 million people :) it's a shit load

When i was lifting i did 2 half year sessions. 1. only "healthy", good foods, 0 junk at all. 2. whatever i wanted, pizza, snacks, hamburgers,etc Only thing i did was keeping my calorie intake the same, soi would not be in a deficit. To my surprise, there was basically no difference. Sure, you cant go on with eating chocolate all day, cause you will drain your daily calories with ~ third of the food that will make you feel full and you would be hungry all the time, but generally eating junk and good foods together would not make a huge difference in how good i felt health and energy wise. I have to say tho, that eating too much sugar is still not recommended, and in the long run im sure it would have a huge negative effect. Eating junk on regular basis while maintaining a quite balanced diet and calorie intake is not that bad though as most people say Alough i have to add: i have pretty good genetics, so this wont apply to anyone obviously

it's not only quality, but also quantity. there's also better junk food and worse junk food. it won't be good even if you eat only 'fine' junk food, but it's probably not the end of the world if you do too, as long as you eat a reasonable amount.

Sugar is probably the most important thing to stay away from. Pizza and other fast foods will only harm you if you eat ridiculous amounts of it.

just check if those metrics are in healthy range: your bodyfat percentage your blood pressure your vo2max your resting heart rate/heart variability your nutrient levels your fasting insulin levels (+ make sure glucose level never spikes) your apoB levels your thyroid hormone levels your total+free testosterone levels your inflammation levels if yes then not much to worry about

I feel like in moderation everything is fine. Like I have a 6pack and still drink coke, eat some sweets etc. But I don't eat much of it, maybe a glass a day and fast food 1-2x per week. tldr in moderate amounts all is good

Added sugar, fried food, red meat, dairy are all bad for your health. All contribute to type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Why take the chance, we know what the optimal diet is; whole grains, beans/lentils, vegetables, fruit (berries especially), nuts and seeds. The farther your sway from this diet the more you open yourself up to preventable health problems.
