3km in 14:26@174HR Short warmup 20x60m hill reps Jog back down Reached and maintained HR of 186-195 during the workout, had to slow down sometimes, but it felt great, going back 2 months Id surely die mid session and recover for 3 minutes, cooldown from 190 to 150 took me 4 minutes of 9kph jog which also indicates that fitness is on point Only way is up!

30 min stationary bike and then some exercise with dumbbells not that consistent. Like 50xbicep curls, 50xfloor press, little bit of planking something little like that. around 5 times a week, dumbbells little less because I'm lazy. Its not that much but its better than nothing and especially when I used to do nothing for years.

nice, running is great af, in summer i was going out for 10km of running mixed with fast marching(running when going up the hill and walking down the hill) but as it's october i gave it up and i'm just running on treadmill 2-3 times a week, personal best is 8km in 40min without a break or slowing the pace(could've ran more but i had to visit the toilet asap xd), i focus more on the weightlifting but i enjoy my better condition and more durable legs

hill sprints are actually chad af and underrated most of my cardio is from blast beats/double bass extreme metal drumming though. been really grinding that lately. I can play 200bpm 32nd notes on good days pretty consistently and I don't use any triggers

I bike 25K in about 80 minutes every other day, thats if i can remeber right 700 calories and is good for gaining muscle in the legs (especialy te ass :) )
