No he is allowed now at Majors. His Life time ban has been lifted now and also he ban time is over so now he can compete in Majors. Anyone with a decent amount of money can create a good or profitable lineup in Europe, you'd just need a good GM, good coach, and a good eye for talent. Unfortunately most teams don't have this right now so we'll see what happens. I'm more curious as to whether they'll go for an international team or sign a team that speaks 1 specific language like Russian or Danish.

well you've seen some dogshit teams like AGO in the past get to top 30 just by winning one or two games in the EPL group stage. Even if you get no wins, you get points for participating in those events, so unless you lose all games you should be above the top 30 by merit. And by being based in EU and being a huge org with partnerships, they can surely attract t1 players unlike other orgs with big budgets but no partnerships (apeks etc)

Just pick the cherries from tier 2-3 and a god of a coach (buy zonic for 500k) and a lot of time. There comes a new tier 1 team with almost all new players (some old dog like oscar etc.)
