they have to kick 0.8 rating awper if they want to have any chance at playing at the top... Just get some young CIS or even EU Awper and build him up instead of paying 40k/month to cerq. EG has to have infinite money and the management propably has no clue, there is no other explaination for the EG team(s) of the last 2-3 years

I think they really need a change in leadership. They need a leader that can rally the troops, work with management and find a way forward but have a firm hand. They also need someone that is a skilled rifIer and has experience working with grassroots orgs. I hear there's a guy that's open called Stewie something?

-MarkE's ceiling is known and no top teams are really looking at him.
-Sonic is moving to Canada for school so its possible but again his ceiling is know.
-Swisher doesnt have his ceiling completely known yet and has some more experience than HexT but changing players if they arent instantly gods especially if their first real tournament is the fucking major.
-NaTo is anything except an entry fragger which EG needs an NA core to stay in the NA bracket of tournaments.
-K0nfig fits the role well obviously and is a great player but again they need an NA player to replace an NA player.
Give HexT the proper time and space to develop. Too soon to rush his removal especially when his first real international lan was a major
they will 100% stay in house as they have 2 other teams dedicated to fill these spots

From this list, only konfig will provide an actual upgrade.
Better do: -Cerq + Hellcerq. Mostly for the sake of their names, but he will surely do better.
Sonic-Maybe, he's okay and a slight improvement, but not substantial enough to really be worth getting rid of a young talent.
Swisher-Solid choice, but he's also inconsistent and much like Hext is much more inexperienced at tier 1
MarkE-Maybe, but again like Swisher he also doesnt have much tier 1 experience
Natosophix-isnt this guy an awp? and also washed? and EG wont sacrifice their NA core since then they lose their NA RMR spot

He's a 35k a month AWP with a .99 rating.
Hext is a what 5-7k farm player with a .94 rating playing bitch roles?
Free up the Cerq money and sign a big name. If you want to cut Hext as well I'm cool with that just saying Cerq has got to go I can't watch this dude miss AWP shot after AWP shot.

THe nationality of the players doesn't really have anything to do with it. Brehze can at least maintain a positive rating.
Cerq on the other hand is using a 5k gun and can't. He's the largest issue with this team by far.

hext has little experience playing "T1" i dont know why everyone is saying to kick him already this is the only way NA can actually develop since we dont have enough tournaments to help T2 and T3
cerq would be understandable since he's already been here for a bit but we should just let the team play out a little longer since cerq has been on an upward trend
