So server went down too, which means even if electricity is back, game is lost, so it will take a while before they reset all the numbers to what they were, or the map will be replayed entirely. Lucky MOUZ, I guess.

Don't think that all of the game logs are saved locally. That would be just stupid incase something like this happens.

The server should save a backup after every round so probably only 1 round lost.

Yes, for tech issues, I doubt that would work in case of an actual blackout. Has never happened before at any big LAN event, and it wouldn't be expected, so generally there might not be prep for such a case.
