Easter Europe has the strongest accent, it all depends on where your from. For me as a native English speaker I can understand her, but for non native speakers having to translate I can see where it’s a bit hard to understand

I'm literally from the same country as her and mostly old people or poor kids with no internet have an accent like that when speaking english here. I understand you're trying to defend her and i'm not trying to offend anyone. I'm just saying facts. The accent is not pleasant. You don't put people with thick accents in positions like hers as it ruins the experience for the viewers (not for everyone but ya get me). She should be doing russian interviews imo. She has the qualities. Tbh she can even get english lessons or something. Accent isn't something you can't fix. You can learn to speak english with a less noticable accent.

I think interviews similar to HLTV's, or Pley, where they have no background noise and it's fully 1 to 1.
I can't imagine how difficult it must be for a non-english speaker trying to understand her questions. I struggle at times to understand.
She's far more talented than I, and it's very impressive she can speak as many languages as she can, certainly more than I can.
But the interviews really don't cut the mustard.

She is one of the best in interviewers in CS history imo. She knows many languages, understands the memes of the community and has a special style not correct like all the interviewers.

Yea this is so typical heccu, instead of just asking a straight simple question it become like a whole 1 min paragraph. Especially if it's a loud background noise and interviewing some lesser good speaking english players I think she should learn to adjust to the situation better. Yes sometimes it's nice with questions like that but sometimes you simply gotta go for the simpler questions as well, gotta learn to adapt to the situation when it comes to heccu.

most of the players dont speak english as their native language, and so you should be trying to make the questions as short as possible to make them easier to understand and answer

She really needs to work on her presentation: poor posture, poor communication, poor sense of dress, poor pronunciation, etc. However, all of this can easily be fixed - she just needs to watch a few vods of herself.
1. Stand up straight and maintain a proper posture. Stop flailing those arms;
2. Get advice on dress sense; and
3. Think the question through before putting it to the players.

i have never understood why they take non native speakers as interviewers, thats the job you need english the most out of all analysts etc, well caster you need more obv but on the desk.
its like 2 minute job and u cant have bed england, on desk it doesnt matter that much since theres time etc...

I mean, the only parts of the major I watch are the games and if it's a good game I'll watch the desk, last major I watched the whole thing same with the one before that but ESL is boring as fuck their idea of how a cs event should be is shit so I just watch them games leave then come back to the desk then leave till the next game is on
On the contrary, I am glad that the Russian works in a major. Yes, she is from the Baltic states, but she is Russian.

I appreciate her talking Russian, however I don't enjoy her questions - at least whenever I saw her, she is always asking about the negative things, what went wrong, why you failed this, etc. Even when the team won. The guys are happy and they get asked why they played poorly. I remember one interview with gla1ve when he was really mad about it and since then I can't un-remember it...
