Im trying to be realistic, becoming comfortable at 3:20min/km pace recently so I might be in shape to run 3k at it this spring
Work comes first then I can evaluate what Im capable of

5:43/k it is, coach told me to not speed up and run by hr for this one, if my legs weren't so tired and conditions a bit better I could probably ramp up to 5:30/k with same hr, matter of consistency to get there))
