Sure thing, add some lime. Once a while pomegranate. And if you have enough money or dwell in a nice area: Passion fruit.
So ginger, pomegranate and passion fruit. Plus some lime to counter the sweetness and assist the ginger.
Of course that has nothing to do with "tea".
tea = healthy liquid = anything drinkable which is good.
I brew roots but don`t like to drink it hot. So it is a tea but not. :)
