I don't think you quite understand the dynamic of French football talent scouts etc.
Most of these black and arab kids come from the suburbs major cities, living in state housing, those state housing usually have a football pitch right next to them and it's just a cultural thing there to play football as soon as they come home etc. Most talent scouters hang around those areas and again its mostly those suburb youth football clubs that get trials for the national team etc, and then they'll be sent to fontainebleau for training
TD:LR : football is played by rich kid but also mostly poor kids and they just so happen to be black and arab, that doesn't make them less french than the other. It was France strategy since the 70s to make a bunch of clubs in poor areas and finance those kids training in order to gather more talent for the national team and it works very good

stop trying to find excuses, racism is what France is doing with young african talent, stealing them from their parents origin countries offering money & fame something that clearly africa can't provide. who cares if they are born in France, being born in another country means nothing nowadays, people can easily born in another country cuz parents were working there or something like that, most of those "french" players are actually first generation born in France, their parents are from different african countries and they should respect their ascendancy, culture and so that has nothing to do with France, in fact France have been stealing resources from africa for centuries
