He is pretty good, look at his stats from 2022. Nawwk would be good too, but NIP fucked him, just like they fucked draken in 2019. And some guy in NIP DC said that hehas info regarding draken and that NIP doesnt want him. Doubt they want nawwk either because he wanted to sue them. Still, NIP draken would be better than REZ AWPing

Tbh if the team came to you, a young player with potential but still not top10 awper in the world and they told you you were going to be replaced by device himself you would be like "oh, ok, yeah totally makes sense". Draken, even tho I love him and is one of my favourite players he is too inconsistent and unreliable to be top5/10 team awper.

it is still unpaid. the org kept the money to survive the pandemic, But I think it is important to say that this included ALL players not only nawwk as media wanted it to look like. According to the ceo Nip is not the only team that did this at the time due to lack of spons and so on. But he also said in the same interview that the contract gives the players right for 83% of the stickers money, but I guess that the sticker thing was an agreement that was oral and not signed. So Nawwk would probably win if he sued the org

He was inconsistent and had disciplinary problems with sleep schedules and taking care of himself. But still, last month in NiP he looked good and his discipline seems fixed now as he grew up. Would like to see him in NiP ngl.
Wierd to make changes now after they looked good in blast though.
Yeah, that was their biggest misstake. He was so good with pistols and ak and he was a very good clutcher.

I mean yeah, at the time device got signed probably any team would sign him, so yes, ur not wrong, but at the same time, it was obviously a mistake to do so.
99% of the time mistakes are discovered after the event itself, not before, mistakes are rarely predictable, thats why they're called mistakes :P

if hampus and brollan can be good on a map at the same time then nip honestly has enough firepower. esetag was a really good entry and trader in blast, the problem was either hampus or brollan missing. rez was good, nothing special. that one round on ancient where he made that assertive awp play and got the 3K gives me some hope though

While i agree rez is a star rifler, if hampus and brollan can perform it should be more than enough. REZ still picks up a rifle very often in the grand scheme of things. t side inferno, t side ancient, t side vertigo, t side mirage, t side overpass ... he isn't going to go glass cannon awp or low util awp, he still prefers rifle armour util quite often. i think this should and will change as he gets more comfortable because i dont see nip picking up an awper right now and tbh i dont think they should. rez is good enough to become a better awper than they could get right now

this is just silly? If NiP have a chance to pick up A GOOD AWPER. Better than Rez (who isn't amazing on the awp lets be honest, he's alright). THEN THAT IS THE BEST MOVE. You get a great awper, which NIP have lacked for a while, and you then free up your star rifler, to be a star rifler...
yes, NiP are "Alright" currently, but they're not amazing. No team wants to do "good enough", no they want to try and be the best.

Imo they should have gone for a swedish speaking AWPer or International AWPer instead of alkesiB but if they wanna stick to a international roster there are definietly better options than nawwk (m4ntu, hades, even smooya)
But I dont know who should leave the team. Cant kick there support player in es3tag and I know that a lot of guys want him gone
If someone is going, I think the next one on the chopping block is hampus. However, is so much going behind the scenes and we dont know comms so stop making some psychosis headcanon about who from the team wants who gone, you dont know.
As for es3tag defence, aleksib system seems to be working for him really well.

sometimes i think es3tag receives the RUSH treatment, he's doing good but people only looks for the rating, which i understand because he's the awper. Maybe if that doesn't work as the team expects, he could be a pretty good support.
If he's bad as some people says, he wouldn't even be in the lineup. He's there for something.
Also people should read #28 and #33 for a little common sense dose.
