Safe to say he's a good player, nothing special. I think because of Perfecto's or sjuush's insane performances as supports and FaZe's lack of a non-igl support, people expect every supportive/anchor player to have 1.05 rating minimum, and anything below that is kick-worthy, which is far from true.

if u make space for a new AWPer that is a dedicated AWPer and not a rifler that tries to be AWPer then u def kick estag. Mantuu is open for offers also headtrick, the 2nd option would also come with a baggage of teaching him english most likely. but the point is there are good AWPers on the market, just need to reach out to them. But NiP refuses to go outside the nords so they won't hire any of those.

Mantuu is trash and far from what NiP needs.
Unfortunately if NiP goes for AWPer esetag will be benched but guys is working a lot and playing a lot of shit roles. Definitely worth of picking up

who play in es3tag position? like outside ovp monster every single round, a place which player only staring at smoke all the time until your team control connector
personally, i can't see brollan play that position bc i don't see him take boring position

Mantuu is not a dedicated awper either, he's pretty much Rez but worse with rifles

This more supportive role fits him the best and i'm glad he can finally have some sort of a solid lineup to do it with, REZ awping isn't perfect but otherwise it's pretty good
He could be a solid player on a functional team. Anything is possible

REZ needs to show that he can play 3 games straight without sucking ass in at least one of them. If he can't do that then he should be the one to be replaced if a good awper is available. Otherwise I wouldn't touch this lineup for a good 6 months at least. Give them some time to build chemistry and routine.
How can people hate him, he's decent, he's in a team and the rest here are playing faceit

es3tag is still great. I think people far underrate how this NIP lineup COULD look if things go well.
With nerfs to the AWP, they now have a core of 5 great rifles. I see this as a high level version of that MIBR team with Woody where every player could AWP, but focused into es3tag and REZ. You have two IGLS, 5 great rifles, and 2 players that both know how to main awp.
I am out outlining it well, but the mix on NIP is really strong, and with the IGLs they have I think they are gonna do well.
