Well my 2 suggestions are more experienced on LAN than HexT which I believe is why he’s not performing up to expectations. motm has been to an EPL finals where 2019 ATK upset north and g2 and a katowice while MarkE has been to an esl one event, a minor, and an epicenter

Pwn is overall a better choice. I doubt he's that much worse of an awp, plus he's NA. That means it's easier to replace brehze or hext with an EU rifler, which would in turn upgrade the team more. and i'd still say he's a better awper than Cerq

idk I think any NA player needs to have more experience playing EU teams to get better, I don't think replacing one NA with another NA will make it better. Hext has only played 21 matches with EG, 10 of those being against NA and SA teams any relevant NA team might face in NA qualifiers (the best of those opponents being furia, 9z, liquid) idk about motm's roles and how he'd fit in the current EG tho, but I feel it's a little too early to replace hext, they could do better with more practice in EU in the upcoming season

Momo > any other NA player i like Djay but Pakistani CS just better , and its exactly what EG White needs to propel themselves towards the top side of the NA Tier 2 scene. they need to get Pluto in for Jonsi ASAP as well to harness the true potential and power of Pakistani CS that NA are lucky to have at their disposal.
