lmao delusional, I had so much problems with AMD that I'm 100% sure my next card will be nvidia again.
the most interesting ones I remember:
. on day Marvel's Spider-Man came out (august 2022), there was an update "to optimize" it to get more fps (it was launching with a warning that you need to update and I let it go eventually). and ALL VIDEOS I RENDER BECAME INVERTED COLORS, I thought I was going crazy, I added re-invert colors to prevent it AND IT TURNED OUT not ALL colors are inverted so my video looked like a fucking chemicals mixture or I had Deuteranopia or something. I even thought it was some kinda protection from plug-ins but then someone created this topic and I found out that it switches RGB to ARGB or some shit:

so I said no to updating drivers no more.
. one day my entire fucking "Record" section disappeared from settings, there was no "record" option in the software no more and hotkeys didn't work. I again thought maybe I'm going crazy, but it turns out it was another amd feature and windows itself updates gpu drivers if amd software doesn't which ends up your record section being absent:

. one day when I just started using AMD Relive for months and got like 500gb of clips everything started laggin' all of a sudden. I thought maybe it's SSD problem and it's full, but it was not at all full. so I open task manager and see that AMD Relive is using 16gb ram. Reinstalling/uninstalling didn't help so I thought maybe I'm going crazy again but actually, after using lasso or whatever launcher I found out that it was a bug because of my folder (?!) being too big. I renamed my old folder from "Relive" to "Reliive" and created a new empty "Relive" folder and problem was gone.

another "normal" amd features:
. FAN settings are broken af, they always go back to default so you HAVE TO save a custom profile and open it every time this happens OR have a msi afterburner open before you play aaa games
. Recording settings go back to default for whatever reasons (if you turn off your pc too fast i.e.), but THERE'S NO CUSTOM profiles so YOU HAVE TO enter all settings manually.
. Mic settings for recording broken, you choose "separate audio track" for the video but it's not like in shadowplay when 1 video has 2 different audio tracks, it's 1 video and 1 *.m4a audio file. you can say whatever it's ok, BUT THEN after some time it breaks and you have your mic noises in BOTH files so since video has 1 audio track you can't remove your mic sounds and video is wasted.
and overall nvidia shadowplay>>amd relive
if you play games nvidia better (dlls, rtx whatever. nvidia settings>>amd settings, + everyone has their nvidia settings but noone has amd settings), if you make content nvidia better (seen myself), if you work nvidia better (seen some guy on hltv malding that it hasn't support of some architectures or shit)
