meh depends on your tastes I guess 7 was a lot creepier and the atmosphere and tones were just way more compelling and suited the horror theme more 8 was more action over anything and the only scary and, truly terrifying, part of that game was the freakin giant baby. Otherwise it felt more like an action game than anything.

Your CPU or GPU can be outdated, but not the games. It's got a unique vibe to it, oldie feel that other parts of the series don't have. It's still viable and very much a good game, if you're spoilt by good graphics and physics, then it's only your loss but it's still a goodie.

??? It's a 100% fps. You follow a single narrow story line, in first person and you shoot bad guy with guns. Explain then how it's an immersive sims formula. Unless fps means something else today.

depends on how you played the game I completed a pacifist run of the game on 'Give Me Deus Ex' mode without even knocking anyone out (except for, of course, the bosses and the militia at the Hengsha ambush for the 'Good Soul' achievement), most of which requires to make extensive use of the objects around you, the venting system, and augmentation much more than guns and grenades
