Actually it kinda does. Not in the context of fall finals, but the fact that in all of the tournaments heroic has won till now, there hasn't be a MVP from heroic's side. Which just shows that they emphasize more on teamwork over an individual popping off.

Yeah, from time to time we do see several individuals from heroic popping off, like in the case of fall finals where stavn really stepped up his game, but in Rio Major it was Cadian as the highest rated player from Heroic.

You know what. It makes sense. I also, think they are getting slightly lucky individually cause generally this shouldnt happen. Even an 11/10 rated team. there needs to be a factor around whom the team is centered. Who so ever starts peaking next and is able to put broky like number. Heroic will not be able to beat them if there isnt one individual who can peak a little higher. Stavn is there 1.19. Another 0.05-0.09 boost and Heroic would be my pick for favorites for next major.

I agree with this point. it's not only about just one individual peaking everytime, several individuals peak at different events from Heroic, which is nice to see.

I think reason, FaZe has is struggling after Antwerp is exactly because of this issue. Who will be the one person around whom team will be built around. Just like heroic in Antwerp their were different people stepping up in different situation. They made it work but I feel like FaZe is having an identity crisis on who will lead the team as the Superstar.

Honestly, their gameplan isn't built around just one player. It's built around the 4 stars, instead of just one "superstar". But if just one of them don't find impact in a match, they really struggle. Which is what happened in the finals of this blast imo. Only ropz and broky were online in the server, while rain and twistzz were struggling to find any impact.

tbh i wouldn't be surprised if alteast 5% of the players on top 20 teams cheat, so why do Heroic live rent free in your head so much?
