top tier genetic black person maybe. I remember freshman year of high school, that's when I learned just how different blacks were. all the white 14 year olds were struggling to squat 185lbs. the black kids were doing 315 no problem. none of us were athletes or weight lifters.

wait is it 3 sets of 12 reps or 12 sets of 3 reps? (I think its the first one beucase doing leg press for 3 reps is bullshit imo and not talking about doing 12 sets) considering you can do "just" 12 reps of 500ls in 3 sets at leg press there is no way you can properly squat 500lbs I dont want to say 500lbs at leg press is weak but if somebody can squat 5 sets for 3 reps at 500lbs then he can surely do much more at leg press

the typical grind. Eat more, squat, sleep 7 hours. It's grindy and needs a schedule for natural twinks. I go to gym for maintance , the feeling , and calory burn. Stabilizers should be quicker it's not like growing arms or quads tho

Dont listen to the guy lmao, i can squat 140kg (safety squat bar, so a bit harder than a regular barbell), and I can legpress 300kg for 10reps with ease Everyone can legpress much more than they can squat, hence #16
