I don't agree, I can enjoy tennis or volleyball matches even if I don't cheer for anyone, I just think that the format of football is boring (for me) in it's core. Sometimes the matches go for over 90 minutes with 0 goals, or only 1 goal. That's super boring for me tbh, if the matches ended with like 5-5 or with higher score, then it would be interesting

I only agree its boring when the game can be a tie but when it cant be a tie its super entertaining even if its 1-0 because all the possible goals and close moments created are still very exciting to watch
