If you're going biblically, any noise or song in worship of God is completely fine and good. Some people just want to have an issue with heavy metal and then sometimes the band is actually kinda satanic lol.

As a Christian I’m good with any metal except black metal. I actually listen to a lot of metal! Nothing wrong with any music as long as it doesn’t promote anything against Christian beliefs :)

As a Christian I also listen to metal or some hardcore electro stuff too but hate blasphemy and satanism in art. So called "christian rock and stuff" - not a proper music, not a proper prayer, just half assed deceptive entertainment which actually distracts from deep connection with God and introspective soulful prayer. Full on concert and then full on prayer at church ceremony/solitude of home. Instead of combining the two - that's like vegan burger - bs.

I'm kinda whatever about religion, but some Metal, especially core bands, that started out christian are fuckin bangers. Devil Wears Prada, August Burns Red, As I lay Dying. Though I feel like they kinda let go of the Christian angle. Not that I ever cared about that...

only certain denominations would call harmless metal satanic. mostly the hardcore evangelical ones, which is probably just a scam/scheme anyway. as long as the song does not disdain God's name, all is well. i still listen to it at times.
