It really depends in what kind of home you live in. An appartments needs less gas/electricity to heat up than a bungalow. Also the size and the temperature outside matters for your consumption. It would make more sense to share the price per KW/H electricity and per M3 gas

2042 rub a month of heating (for a 50 sq.m flat) which is 33.4 usd according to google. Roughly the same amount is charged every single month of the year (no matter if it's summer or winter). Wasn't the case when I lived in a house with it's own gas heating.

Electricity is included in my rent (which is 525€/month for a 60m² apartment so pretty cheap) so idk. Student housing really is nice during these energy cost times.

190€/month on year average last year, for 40m2 :S Electricity+water. Living in north-east of france atm, alone. It's huge, almost a third of the location. Bad isolation, poor equipment, eastern wind in winter...
Can't even move, appartment mkt is saturated with all those refugees...

Gas and water is included in the building but I pay about $55-65 (summer/winter, although idk if the season necessarily affects it) for electricity, which isn't too bad I think. I've known people who go into excess of $200-300/mo for theirs.
