Basically all best aimers were playing 640x480 res with large crosshair (as it was native in cs 1.5 where you could not customize the size). I'd say around 60% of top pros played 640, 39% 800x600 and I recall only one who played 1024 with small crosshair (coL.fRoD)

I'd say krystal spent a lot of his time against worst opponents while ML/Tricked were in the top 20 range. Krystal was straight up complete garbage against t4+, Hunden at t2+ was similarly trash.
