also, unless those 4 meals are superpacked, you're undereating right now, from ages 16 to 25, you SHOULD be eating 5 meals per day, not 4 and definitely not 3, is just that most people eat 3 and then a bunch of really shitty toxic snacks in-between, and this satiates the caloric needs but with bad quality.
Just eat 5 meals per day with fruits in between as snacks, and make 2 of those 5 meals superpacked.

I've had troubles gaining weight in the past as well. I'd say it was impossible. Gym helped me a lot, or just home excercises. I can't put on any weight unless I work out, doesn't matter how much I eat.

So the fact that you are not gaining any most likely means that you are either eating way less than you think or you are moving more than you think and so spending much more energy than you think.
