It isn't really a requirement but a while ago pros stopped playing FPL because there was a lot of "nonamers" in there that just grinded FPL without actually trying to go pro, so FPL are now trying to maintain a balance between having enough players for low queue times but also having a high quality of players.
So yeah, being in a team is not a requirement but it does prevent you from getting kicked most of the time

idk about this guy cause I dont watch fpl for like 1 year. FPL and csgo is just dead expect tournaments. FPL could have been a big thing but faceit, admins and streamers killed it. And tbh vouch does not do anything. Alot of people vouched for h4rn, etc and they still got kicked and didnt get back. There is just no system. People with power are not smart. No system, etc.

the system has its flaws, but hasnt it always been like this? u collect a lot of complaints, decisions have to be made, since this seems to be happening again since he got kicked once already (most likely for same reasons) decision becomes easier. maybe give him a chance because his career looks promising?well he only played as a mix in rmr and now few standin matches in forze with mediocre stats. i saw him play fpl on streams few times and imo he can be annoying and does talk a lot, complicated guy to play with.
