Finishing time 20:26, far from ideal but I’m in the middle of base building phase, so gotta learn from that as my legs got very stiff on the second 2.5k lap
Conditions also far from ideal with 24kph wind and 1 degree celsius (RealFeel -5C)
Decent lesson for future, moving on now as I need to work on the aerobic base a bit more before I get into race prep phase :)
Don’t give up mens especially when it gets mentally tough and you wanna stop, just go on the finish line is closer than it was when you started
