device and Blame will most likely form a very formidable duo, but with xyp9x and mistr they will still be miles behind the real top teams, if they wanna get back to top1 contenders they 100% have to find some Danish top level rifler to pull some weight, because you can be damn sure it won't be xyp gla1ve or mistr putting up good stats at big events, should've never kicked k0nfig, could have just suspended him for a while and let him comeback in 2023, now they have to find a Danish top level player and I'm sure Heroic and Sprout are not keen on sharing.

it's pretty much all of this and something else too.
it's only my own opinion, but i don't think glaive is capable of building a roster. its my belief that they simply just got lucky. everyone worked in sync with each other and everyone was a very capable player on the server. device has never been anything but a mediocre awper. his greatest attribute? he was very reliable.
last 3-4 years everyone has been constantly building and rebuilding teams. so many roster moves, changes and switches. astralis also started doing that after the departure of device.
however astralis differs here is that glaive is the type of chef who can't figure out innovative solutions to cooking in this kitchen. he needs all of his tools and only correct ones will do.

Sometimes I wonder if he was that good he shouldnt have relied on Specter Bug. But maybe it was the scandal that pushed him to achieve his true potential. Guy deserves respect for whatever he is achieving. Including No.1 spot currently.
As for Rankings on HLTV and ESL post cologne Astralis was no.3 around 29th August and Heroic was 13th. But in such short time they made such a huge progress. nothing short of commendable.

I didnt watch Zonic that much back when he was playing but if we talk about him as a coach im sure there isnt a bad spot on his career in terms of integrity or likeability.

xyp is mid at best, he can play some supportive roles but you can't expect him to have real impact over the course of a t1 event vs all the best teams

that's not what I'm saying, Xyp could be fine as a support and be part of the team, but then they still need a third player that can put up numbers and help make decisive plays to win games, so then you'd still need to replace mistr with a player that can put up big stats, the 5 guys they have now are not good enough, and if you replace mistr with some other mid player you still will have the same problems

That's why they should have kicked Xypex and then gotten two guys (maybe one of them aggressive). Just look at how Heroic did it - refresh wasn't all that bad, they were a good team with him, but when the opportunity to get a better player came, they took it. It's like wanting to be better vs patching the holes.

People really give him victim treatment even though he was the one who started the fight. Replace K0nfig with Thorin and in exact same scenario and 90% HLTV/Reddit would be he deserved it.
RMR loss is big enough for them to fire k0nfig. only, because his injuries were caused by something completely avoidable.

Why is Sprout a bad org? Never heard of players complaining about that they would have been treated badly there.
Other orgs don't make the price for the players. Sprout have real good talents, other teams need and want these players, so they have to match Sprout's expectations.

Blamef is insane aimer but. I dxknt understand sometimes he just let all team members die passive in all rounds xD 0 help ever scared to be faster atleast 1 round cause want good stats. While for example device is hybrid he can play passive he can play aggressive or balanced and pro active even on rifle. But maybe they will make it work somehow but 1 thing for sure he ncant play like this qgainst tier 1 teams always and need to go in and trade or entry more cause he will just stay every round to save in high caliber games like already been seen so many times.

watch the game , if you understand even the least of csgo you will see that if he plays like a normal player and no one accomodates for him to play , he will get 10-15 kills most games.
also he is literally dumb playing, he doesn´t know how to play advantages like 4v3 5v4 most of the times , relying on the aim that he doesn´t have.
also lurking on the opossitive site when your team is executing a or spliting almost every round is the stupidest thing, you are not being helpfull.
or your team gets the site with 4 players and then you get that free kill on rotations while lurking, OR you lurk and pray your team gets the site with 4, they don´t, die with bomb droped on site, and you left lurking where EVERYONE already knows where you are..

Heroic are literally becoming next astralis with Jabbi everyone can carry and in tactical term they are insane too. Astralis with xyp and Mistr wont do anything.
konfig hahahaha, his positive kd was only cause he was able to farm many kills one one map and then he played like shit, he had like 1/5 good maps. He is most overrated player on this forum. He has aim but no brain, he is doing entry and then pushin and die haha and.. he is overall bad, none team want guy with mentality problems like konfig, just look on his stats in Endpoint as stand im 34-58 in whole bo3 format xDD Even xyp9x can get better performance.
