I already made a similar thread about navi at Fall Final, where I said they will not even make top 4, and Heroic or Liquid will win. I call this again, bettors, don't bet on navi, fans, don't have high expectations, it's not worth it. I have this feeling since Fall Final, first time in 4 years I don't see navi as title contenders at all, trust me. Why? -s1mple is not grinding the game, he only goes to parties according to faceit and instagram, he will obv keep up his insane 1.2 rating, -+nipl is a really bad move that won't change anything, he is a 1.07 academy player, this should tell you a lot. -I have a lot of experience watching navi b1t is the only reason they might win, bc he is grinding cs a lot lately, and with a4 buff he may surprise. Outsiders 45% win FaZe 40% win Heroic 35% win Liquid 30% win Vitality 30% win, depends on GodwOo, he may carry them and it may become a 60% chance for them to win Thoughts?

npl is a 1.07 rated 17-year old entry fragger if I'm not mistaken. That's a major difference to being a 1.07 rated star player. Na'Vi need a strong aggressive presence so that electroNic and b1t no longer need to be as aggressive. Boombl4's aggression allowed them to be passive. Npl can do the same. s1mple is impossible to gauge. He seems unmotivated, lazy, distracted, but still often posts ridiculous games. Which doesn't excuse his attitude lately, but you can never count him out.

Academy Leagues is not even top 40 teams, t5 at best. And he is not that much of an hard entry like nafany or YEKINDAR

Both of those are pretty unfair comparisons. He's not a hard entry like one player who dies in untradeable situations often and is heavily suggested to be replaced in C9 or the current best entry fragger and one of the most impactful players in CSGO rn. He's 17, aggressive, and can free up electroNic and b1t even just some-what more than they currently are. Re-unlocking electroNic and b1t is the key to Na'Vi's success, not an amazing 5th player. You're writing him off before he's even played 1 map. b1t came from the same academy. as did m0nesy. 1.07 rating as an entry is impressive in today's Academy scene. Bearing in mind how many academy players are now on tier 1 players, or playing very well at tier 2 and 3.

b1t played like 5-6 times against academy teams, he mostly played against t2-3, and had like 1.15 rating. m0nesy had 1.4 rating which is not even comparable with nipl. xertioN is 1.06 rating, JDC 0.99, torzsi, 1.02 approximately. So yeah. nipl is definetely good, but not for navi, maybe some cis t2 team. Navi are certified strong t1, nipl is a kid without experience and without impressive mechanic skills, they obviously considered him only bc he is ukrainian. look at Kvem, the guy is also an entry, and he drops 1.17 rating vs t2-3 consistently, ukrainian too.

I myself said Kvem would be a great addition. I also said it should be a player like HObbit or s1ren, and then b1t should hard entry with his precision aim. If npl is a noticeable improvement over sdy, which I think he will be, then that will allow for b1t and electroNic to go back to playing some roles and positions they used to and were more comfortable in (with the exception of electroNic IGL'ing) I believe that will be what allows for Na'Vi to be scary again.

it's just the chance separately for every team to WIN, you don't have to think about the other teams, if I say FaZe and Outsiders have together 85%, I can't say Heroic, Liquid and Vitality have 5% to win each, this is what makes no sense, bc obviously all 5 have similar chances to win.

I understand what you are talking about, what I wrote is more of a rating than precise maths. chances to win of Heroic, FaZe and Outsiders are above 30%(and you can't say it's less than 30), no one is favourite here, but that doesn't mean all the other teams have chances of winning under 2%.
