I agree with these are great points, Nilo i still think can use more academy time because he is so young, Heap is kind of a Faven player, needs little space and has good stats vs lower teams because you get so many free kills but on higher level the rating goes down because of this but you never lose the game because of these people and Heap can pop off hard. Nawwk has figured out his consistency problem, Sapec's level is obviously above Eyeballers, Lekr0 brings firepower and experience which is needed and I would say Peppzor of the last player since he is free and Nip won't let Ztr go for cheap since he has such huge potenial and Lekr0 can Igl.

That's true, but I don't think Godsents ambition should be to make a tier 1 team directly, but to make a team that might take you there in one years time. I think the rosster mentioned does have experience (Ztr both in YN and NiP, Plopski in NiP, Heap in Dig) and also would be a next step from an academy team. Should be a solid top 30 team. And when they have cemented themselves there should be possibilities to see what changes needs to be made, maybe getting Lekr0 or Flusha in for experience then. Liker Gambit did with GY and then adding Hobbit. If they add Lekr0/f0rest they will have the pressure to perform within a half a year/year span and that simply wont happen.
