I don’t think latinadrive has ever answered or even read his posts he just post whatever then wait 2 weeks then another one comes
overhead presses are dangerous for ppl who got weak shoulders and dont know how to do them correctly.
barbell is one thing but if ur doing it with dumbbells without sitting ur asking for trouble.
Overhead press is cool, just a bit troublesome for a loner like me to progressive overload, I have to put all my fucking soul into stabilizing and not getting injured when doing it with dumbbells alone. I`m changing my workout soon, maybe I'll try it with barbells or smith, idk.
I prefer dumbbell overhead press, but barbell isn’t bad
30 kilos each side 5 reps 60 degrees dumbbell press its perfect
I fucked up my shoulder doing these heavy overhead pressses.
i do nothing with barbell dumbells are way cooler.
barbell OHP with weighted dips is amazing combo
