3) they give hext, an inferior player chance, I don't see anything bad in jonji, and wiz been doing wiz and co. Have done really good against all teams in ecl, wiz's been on consistently good strats it's a gamble they have to take
6) Eg academy team makes no sense if there are two teams who plays no touneys whole year, black only appears I'm ecl, white shows there face like 2 times a year, they really need to make only once academy team and make them play all other tier 2 touneys + qualifoers)

2 I don’t think motm or Stan are an upgrade over jt, especially motm since then they don’t have an igl

2) Grim for igl :), that's just a brainstorming idea but for what I have witnessed so far I think col don't really need an igl, I mean so many of the round are won because the individuals just know what to do, i think firepower is more of an issue here
And for stan duude you've seen blacks last match against mibr? Bro stan was playing sick this guy knew where to be at which time I'm convinced at this point that through a little more polishing stan can actually bring firepower and igling to col

6) trust me Or not having one team would be little messy and easy to assigne tourneys also just thing about it after dissolving both white and black this grey lineup can be potentially sicker ben will get a chance to prove his igling, rush will. Serve as the veteran, hext will bring fresh tier 1 experience, pwn knows what he's doing, and finally jeorge will have variety of players to look upto and develop he's been promising so far believe me even EG must be planning to dissolve these two lineups at some point of time

6) the idea is for the main team to be like a top 10/15 team, white to be a solid t2 team and black to be an na scouting team, so young up and comers go to black and then move up the teams, the proble is that the main team is not top 15 yet and white is not spending nearly enough time in eu tournaments, if they can get the teams to where they are supposed to be the main team will probably never leave top 10 since they will have 5 solid t2 players and 3-4 up and comers (and 1-2 veterans) at their disposal, its a lofty goal but if they get there i think it will work wonders

1) I respect the take even I think he's a really great guy and I would like to see him in a good team if he leaves seeing him up his stas while being I'm col would be a sight to see
2) as for cerq my little brother is his fan too so id feel bad for him however feeling more like he's kinda exhausted and a break or change for him Would be better

4) I'd keep Nouns roster for now. Especially considering cj isn't even the IGL, so idk what that change would accomplish. If anything, I'd say -cj -cxzi, +Beakie +Alvin

Also about strife no one is awping rn which I respect, i added marke because the guy will bring sick firepower he'll redeem strife as a solid NA contenders, for nouns like yk yk cj is new I'm afraid he'll stop thei momentum, I wanted stamina because they could use a better igl I'm positive whoever leaves igl duty would galdly hand it over to former strife's igl

Bruh I know he's young and all bit I still think eg rushed a little in getting him to the roster, even their post said the same, they did it for the sake of qualifying for na region, jonji is better firepower all day long and if not, then atleast can potentially have a higher ceiling then hext, no haye against hext but I think he should actually start with academy team. First

Reading the signings makes me sad.
There is no like exciting fpl esque talents in NA anymore. In 2018 and 2019 in particular there were a ton. Almost all of them on franchised valorant teams now.
Oh well.

current stanislaw is a bad IGL compared to JT and plays a very different style of CS than what's historically worked for Col. MOTM isn't even good enough for ATK
Cerq is washed but still arguably better than Wiz (cerq's stats are worse but that's because he's playing good teams not snakes den and detonate)
Jonji is inconsistent asf and historically has attitude problems but i could see the argument to put him over hext tbh, prob your best idea
EG academy gets rid of the entire reason they made multiple EG teams, and also the team's average age is like 60💀

For col I think if stani can keep up up his game against mibr last time, right place at the right time, he can bring igling plus firepower on the table
Didn't knew about jonji's attitude problem thanks for that, I was just looking to provide an upgrade in firepower, also I expect wiz to play bad, replacing cerq is because I just want to see a little. More of young blood whose fast, let's agree on that cerq look like exhausted uncle these days his last 1 or 2 games were goood but I highly doubt he plans to keep it up
Eg academy was more to develop ben as igl (we need igls man), and so that jeorge and hext who have potential can learn from Rush also rush along with the young blood can atleast think about actually fighting for NA rather then just stealing paychecks and planning his retirement,.pwnlone was just because he is a left over trust me I hate it more then you seeing a 31 year old awper but frankly hes not been bad hes just ok and the fact that hes atleast trying makes him better then stewie and rush

2) 6/8 adding motm wouldn’t do much as who will igl. They already struggle with calling why make it worse. Like +Stan it’s cool and he has been doing good in EG black
3) 6/8 like -Cerq + wiz, but -HexT +Jonji does nothing especially since HexT has been in baiter roles
4) 8/8 love it
5) 6/8 great fire power move, but they still need an entry
6) 1/8 serves no point and roster is super old. Rather get new talents

I love NA cs! I get firepower is really important, but lots of team play very pug style of cs like vendetta, disconnected and strife. If you want my opinions on the changes would love to give them

Jeezs the NA scene looking really bad when you have teams like iron blood and vendetta in the top 10 NA teams.

The other teams are w/e, but your CoL and EG shuffles are horrible. Stanislaw is just a 1:1 replacement for JT at best, and motm is a meme. Jonji should NOT be anywhere near the main team.

Well stanis been performing, against mibr and team one lately, So why not? With a little more polishing he can prove to be good
Also my first choice was just -JT +obo (if he comes back), gr1mothy the IGL
About EG, wiz is good, if for any reason you think jonji won't be an upgrade in place then let's keep hext, but one things for sure cerq is going out
imo jonji wont be a good fit for eg, i would put jeorge instead as he is proven consistent in rio RMR LAN

Too fast bro too fast, jonji showed up in NA rmrs and also at the time when PA qualified for esl pro League, he definitely have more experience then jeorge, let's give jeorge more time to polish his already peek skills to discover a new ceiling, we need to give jonji a chance first
